Within 24 hours and will ship within the next 24 hours.

Item will be delivered to your doorstep the next 1-4 days (Malaysia – DHL) / 3-8 working days (International – DHL)

 

Shipping Charges

Automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination.

 

The Estimated Delivery Time Range

From 3 to 8 working days. Please note that delays may occur due to customs clearance.

 

If your order incurs any taxes or duties upon delivery outside of Malaysia

You will be responsible for these costs. Mariari does not cover these charges as they are standard practice for international shipments.

Returns

To be eligible for a return

Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

 

To initiate a return

Please contact us at marketing@laserengravetech.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

If you receive a damaged item or your items arrives damaged to the extent that it is unusable

Please provide us with photos for inspection. Don’t worry, the chance of this happening is very small, we will do our best to ensure the product arrives safely.

 

We do not offer refunds.

However, exchange is available if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The product is unused and in the same condition as you receive it.
  2. It’s still in the original packaging.
  3. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

Request an exchange

You have 3 days from the date of receipt to report any damage for request an exchange.

 

No refunds are provided.

All sales are final. Exchanges are only available for damaged items.
